The Protea Cakery t/a Ruskalicious uses NZ Post for deliveries.

While every effort is made to ensure that orders arrive in the same condition in which they left us, we do not take any responsibility for damages or delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Collection Policy

Orders may be collected from Ruskalicious in Auckland by prior arrangement.
Please wait for a notification email to inform you that your order is ready for pickup.

Collection Times

Weekdays after 5 pm
Alternative collection times may be available on request.
Collection is in Silverdale, Auckland.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of the rusks, Ruskalicious will accept a return of the rusks within 5 days from the date of receiving the rusks.

 

Returns must strictly be raised with The Protea Cakery t/a Ruskalicious within 5 days of receiving the rusks for options to be discussed.

 

The Protea Cakery t/a Ruskalicious will decide at their discretion on one of the following returns options:

1. To replace the order

2. To refund the order

 

On confirmation and agreement of a return the following terms and conditions apply:

• The Protea Cakery t/a Ruskalicious will create and supply a return courier label and send this to the customer via email.

• The customer is responsible for printing the label and applying it to a delivery box.

• The delivery box will be provided by the customer at their cost.

• The customer is responsible for delivering the packed and labeled box to their nearest NZ post drop-off facility.
